150 sets of new energy bus charging pile project of Linyi Public Transport Corporation
The project is located in Yingbin Avenue, West Outer Ring Road, Yinan County, Linyi City, Shandong Province. A total of 45 8.5 meter pure electric buses are on site. In response to the customer’s demand for peak valley energy saving charging, 10 DC fast charging piles are designed and installed. The power of a single charging pile is 60KW, and the charging current z is 125A. The two guns are charged in turn to meet the customer’s requirement that a car can be filled in 1.5 hours. The charging pile adopts an integrated charging design. The system integrates the charging module, charging interface, human-computer interaction interface, billing, monitoring system, etc. According to the data requirements proposed by the electric bus battery management system (BMS), the charging voltage and current are adjusted in real time to intelligently complete the entire charging process. The system has a perfect charging protection function, which can effectively prevent the battery from overcharging, and the overall stability is high.
